AUGUST 12, 2026 UPDATE:
Cabins are selling out. I am hoping to reserve another block for our group.
Join us for a 7-day voyage departing February 13, 2027, from the Port of Los Angeles aboard the Discovery Princess.
This is not a typical seminar. It is a full immersion (not water) experience designed for pilots who want more than just presentations and their guests who want a vacation. Spend leisure time connecting and engaging directly with presenters and fellow aviators in a laid-back vacation setting.
There will be fun events for couples and singles to celebrate Valentine's Day and Super Bowl watch parties!
What makes this symposium different is the access to presenters. You will have ongoing, informal opportunities to talk with presenters throughout the voyage—not just during scheduled sessions, but over coffee in the morning, between seminars, and at dinner each evening. These are real conversations, not rushed Q&A sessions.
Each of the three days at sea will be built around that experience and will resemble something like this:
-
0700–0800: Morning coffee social with presenters and attendees
-
0800–1145: Morning seminar sessions
-
1145–1300: Lunch break
-
1300–1545: Afternoon seminar sessions
-
1700–1830: Group dinner for pilots and all guests in the main dining room
-
Optional evening social gatherings (This is where the best conversations happen)
To be part of this experience, complete the registration form below, and you will receive step-by-step booking instructions and pricing information. Filling out the form does NOT commit you in any way. To hold your spot, all that is required is a small, refundable deposit to the cruise line.
Joining me will be an outstanding group of presenters, including Barry Schiff, Jason Miller, Jeff Simon, Robert “Bob” Meder, Mike Jesch, Aaron Dabney, Chris Dunn, Andrew Dow, Jolie Lucas, Jim Pitman, Mike Pearson, Jim Clarkson, Chris Skytte, Kay Sundaram, and other respected industry experts. Check this website often for updates.
The highlight for me will be the opportunity to meet you in person and spend unhurried time talking about flying, safety, and the unique experiences that form the bond that unites all pilots.
Note: To receive our group rate and be included in our group, you must book through Melissa Marimoutou, our designated Princess Cruises representative. Space is limited, and group-rate availability is restricted—early booking is strongly recommended.
I look forward to spending time with you on board.
Warm regards,
Brian
